    We booked two rooms (one double room with a bunk bed, and one standard double room). Unfortunately, the standard double room had dirty bed sheets with old hair left on them, and there was no room cleaning provided at all during our stay. The bathroom was incredibly small and poorly designed. Furthermore, the towels were not clean and had a bad smell. Location-wise, the train to Otsuka stops running at midnight, which makes it difficult if you plan on staying out late. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

    Less than 3 minutes away from JR Yamanote Otsuka Station, responsive staff, spotless rooms except for the kitchen sink smell in the 1st room, and very near restaurants such as Fujisoba, Royal Host, McDonalds, Atre Vie's Yoshimaru, A la Campagne Patisserie, and our favourites Komeda and Ootoya where we ate several times

    We were not given clear instructions on the check in process, there is no staff available on site and the phone line has only Japanese speakers. We were not given the entry code to the main door that is locked. Luckily, we entered with another occupant. If not, there was no way we could communicate with staff. So if you don’t speak Japanese, it is quite a hassle. Moreover, the WiFi did not work for our entire duration and nobody bothered to fix it.
