    The apartment was generally very good. Self check-in was easy, and the staff were professional, polite, and responsive. I had an issue with the air conditioning, and they responded very quickly and helped me immediately. The apartment was clean, and I liked features such as the in-bathroom clothes dryer. The bathroom was spacious, and overall the stay was comfortable. Minor drawbacks: The entrance area could be cleaner. There is no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage to the fourth floor was difficult. The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the nearest station. Conclusion: Overall, a very good stay. Clean, well-managed, and convenient, with only minor inconveniences.

    Hotel was fine, about a 10 minute walk to the nearest train station to access the yamonate line, one stop to ikebukuro. The downsides of the property, there’s a limit to the hot water so I think if you have more than 2 people it might get a bit tough, especially if you want to take a bath or long shower after a tiring day. The other downside is the service wasn’t great, we arrived at the property but wasn’t provided with any information on how to access the property or get into the lock box, when I called to ask they gave us the code for the lock box to get the key but then there was no key in the box to access the property. The staff didn’t allow us to access another room but I feel like things like this shouldn’t happen. Anyway, I think the property is very small for more than two people, I would recommend somewhere else if you are travelling with more. One of the best things was that it had a laundry and dryer inbuilt in the shower.
