Very relaxing & enjoyable I would definitely return.

The apartment was warm, cosy & comfortable perfectly located right in the centre of Aberaeron & is excellent value for money.

The stairs to the apartment are steep & not ideal for someone with mobility problems. The apartment is well equipped but would benefit from some basics like an iron & hairdryer. We had some small issues when we arrived but the owner was wonderful & very responsive & solved everything very quickly.

Lovely modern apartment, great location and responsive host.

This was a great location, the apartment was spotless and the host had thought of everything for our comfort. The kitchen was well-equipped, bed super comfy, the place soon warmed up and there was plenty of hot water. A nice modern layout, would defo come back.

Initially couldn't park, as there were no spaces on the road outside, so had to pay in a car park, until spaces outside became free. There are steep stairs going up to the apartment, no problem for us, but it could be an issue for anyone with restricted mobility. Instructions for the oven would be useful.

We enjoyed it.

The location the space and comfort were very good. There were very thoughtful christmas decorations in the property which gave a good welcome. It was nicely warm within. We had a few very cold days.

Parking worked out ok but it took a,little bit of thinking out and organising.

Location, easy access to local restaurants. Tidy and clean. All appliances seemed to work. Good shower. Clean bed and towels.

No instructions for the heating. No recycling bins. TV in lounge not connected. No coffee pods.

A fabulous few days wished could have stayed longer

Not important but wished tv in lounge as if I wanted to go to bed my husband could carry on watching tv, but did not spoil our stay

A disappointment

It was clean and tidy in the main rooms. The location.

Lack of a wardrobe for my partners dresses etc in the bedroom. Also unable to use the drawers as they were full of screws and spare Tee lights. As we travelled to the appartment we decided on an early night and the bed was uncomfotable and the music from downstairs was disturbingly loud. The was no storage in the bathroom for our toiletries. The handrail leading up the steep stairs to the appartment was loose from the wall. I reported thisvto the owners via Booking.com offering photos, but I have not had a reply..

A great venue and perfect for a couple. Beautifully appointed.

The apartment was clean and modern, very well equipped. The bathroom is very high quality, plenty of hot water from the shower, superb kitchen and very well appointed. The balcony was good too - is it possible to have seating/table out there? I don;' know because of its location over the restaurant, but it would really add to the ambience.

Whether it's a design flaw or a deliberate policy, but the lack of a TV in the main room is odd, and detracted from overall satisfaction. It's nice to relax with a GnT and watch mindless nonsense. Having the TV in the bedroom only does not make sense. The bed-settee was not very comfortable, but this won't affect too many people, I guess. Also - the towels did not work as towels - they were brand new and needed a pre-wash to work correctly. The entrance hallway needs finishing.

Clean and convenient, but at that price I really expected to be able to cook a dinner.

Full kitchen but no table or chairs to eat a meal. Induction stove but only a frying pan for it, all the other pans useless for cooking.

Central location. Stylish furniture. Spacious for 2. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Fast wifi sparkly clean.

Steep stair case up to the flat. No non slip mat for shower that I could find.

A wonderful stay in a modern, clean space with a very responsive host

My wife and I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It was modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. I would definitely recommend it to others!
