This superb one bedroomed flat was immaculately clean. It was very tastefully decorated with loads of extra touches. It was very well equipped with everything we could wish for. The location was so convenient right in the heart of Aberaeron.
Nothing to dislike. But the staircase up to the flat was a bit dingy. Pleasant surprise once we got inside. On street parking outside was a bit hit or miss. But the free car park was just across the road so we were able to park there.

The apartment was warm, cosy & comfortable perfectly located right in the centre of Aberaeron & is excellent value for money.
The stairs to the apartment are steep & not ideal for someone with mobility problems. The apartment is well equipped but would benefit from some basics like an iron & hairdryer. We had some small issues when we arrived but the owner was wonderful & very responsive & solved everything very quickly.

It was clean and tidy in the main rooms.
The location.
Lack of a wardrobe for my partners dresses etc in the bedroom. Also unable to use the drawers as they were full of screws and spare Tee lights.
As we travelled to the appartment we decided on an early night and the bed was uncomfotable and the music from downstairs was disturbingly loud.
The was no storage in the bathroom for our toiletries.
The handrail leading up the steep stairs to the appartment was loose from the wall. I reported thisvto the owners via Booking.com offering photos, but I have not had a reply..
