Beautiful cottage and wonderful facilities

The peace and quiet was amazing, the hottub was a real hit and being able to book the pizza oven was a brilliant addition to the holiday. Table tennis available, dart board, free to use pool table all in the same place as pizza oven. The whole place looked lovely and well kept, being able to book several places for large groups would make this ideal for large families. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Being super picky, but some tongs for the BBQ would have been handy, and I'd clearly missed all the great facilities so kicking myself I didn't take my own darts and table tennis balls as some of the site ones are well used... Don't forget chalk for cues. Not negatives really but hope this is useful for others.

We booked three properties for a large family gathering, each of the properties were sparkling clean, had everything needed inside set in stunning scenery. Directions and information shared by the host was really helpful and directions to the far. made really easy. We would definitely like to visit again.

The best Farmhouse stay.

Everything was amazing. Hot tub was really nice. farmhouse had everything what we needed. We have done Farm walk with Farmer Jack. Kids really enjoyed.

Old cart house, Stunning views, good sized property, cleaning and comfort could be improved.

We enjoyed the games room on the property. We also enjoyed the space. There were 2 adults and 3 teens and the lounge had enough space for all of us to sit. The views from the bedrooms and kitchen a stunning!

The beds were not comfortable and the mattresses are well worn and in need of replacing. The downstairs bathroom was not very clean and had a smell to it. The cleaning needs attention and could be improved. There were also lots of wasps in and out of the property indicating there may be a nest somewhere which needs investigating. There was no tea, coffee, sugar or milk at the property. Which meant after a long drive we had to wait for the food shop to be delivered to have a cupa. It would be nice if these basics were provided. The water in the upstairs bathroom stopped randomly one night, it did come back on the following morning. We saw no staff at all throughout our stay.

Historical welsh cottage .

The quiet location. The history of the cottage and the hot tub Unfortunately our hot tub didn’t work for first couple of nights then following repair some of the jets didn’t work

The cleanliness in some parts of cottage was poor Ripped bedding , which was replaced upon requesting Rodent droppings on top of bread bin Thick dust on back of bathroom door On top of wall sockets and behind some furniture Badly stained bedroom carpet and lounge rug Pizza oven was fun , but games room is very run down and all equipment needs changing Uneven pool table made a very interesting and funny game Despite the few issues we still had a lovely peaceful stay Just needs to make afew improvements

There was nothing to fault with either the location or cottage. Our 3 year old loved the park on site as well as being able to go and see the animals on the farm. A great holiday was had by all

Picturesque great place to unwind

Property set in a beautiful and tranquil location. Perfect getaway from the rat race :) and ideal for our anniversary celebration Cottage is spacious but cosy. Loved the log burner and of course the little private garden with hot tub was a bonus Bedrooms were clean and spacious, however I found the mattress too firm but that’s personal choice.

A few niggles On check in we couldn’t park in the space next to the cottage and had to wait to be able to park there. (Not good if you want to crack open a bottle of wine to start celebrating) Most of the kitchenware and cutlery we used had to be washed beforehand I stayed in the same cottage last December and there was tea/coffee basket, eggs and milk also bathrobes (ideal after the hot tub) but there wasn’t this time round. Shower in bathroom is a bit dated With that said I would come back to this picturesque location and would recommend it for families/couples/friends :)

Lovely family/dog friendly get away!

The area was beautiful and the property we stayed in was lovely, the under floor heating was such a bonus it was lovely and warm! We all really enjoyed ourselves and the dogs even more so!

The beds were quite uncomfortable and could do with renewing, other than that it was great!

Open fire, hot tub fun and pizzas and ping pong what more could you want?

We absolutely adored the property and loved how cosy the whole setting is. The open fire was amazing, and the hot tub was a hit as well with our children.

I think the only thing that we didn’t necessarily like was the beds, unfortunately we found them a bit too hard and uncomfortable to sleep on but apart from that everything was great.

The cottage was beautifully presented, lovely and clean. Fab layout. Lovely park for the kids. Games barn is a great touch. Great space for the 9 of us to stay, would definitely recommend as we did enjoy our stay. Cottage could do with a hot tub though :) thanks for having us.

The cottage needed some paintwork done to it. The rooms could benefit from a splash of color throughout ie bedding walls ect, everything was too hospital like with the white bedding and plain walls. (Cant fault the cleanliness though). Park was good for the younger kids, but even my 11yr old was a bit bored, could do with maybe getting an outdoor area for the older children too, I know you have a games barn which is great for older children but they love climbing frames and swings too. Having the pizza oven in the games barn was a bit offputting as it was all shared, some nights my kids wanted to go to the games barn but someone was using the pizza oven so they decided not to go. All the walks on the map that were marked out we could not do as they had not been kept and had all over grown, we did try one walk, but had to turn back as it was too over grown. Egg collecting was ok but we didnt get to keep the eggs which was a shame.

Amazing family holiday stay , highly recommended 🌟

This place is truly Special, our holiday at the farm was perfect , from the beautiful surroundings , the welly walk, the game shed, the hot tub was an added plus 🌟 The organic produce, the peace and tranquility and best of all the cottage was perfect for our family of 6. The kids absolutely enjoyed the stay, we will most def return.

Perfect location to relax and have fun !

Location was perfect for a relaxing weekend, beautiful countryside to walk the dogs. Accommodation was brilliant. We had great fun making our own pizzas in the stone oven and then sitting around an open fire. Great play area for the youngsters to enjoy. Lovely harbour town of Aberaeron less than 10 miles away.

The only part that we didn’t like was leaving at the end of a great relaxing weekend!

That was the best birthday gift for my wife. She loves nature and in the morning we heard the birds singing. The Granary Cottage is amazing, very comfy and there’s everything what you need. Last thing, the outdoor hot tub make our nights. There were millions stars on the night sky.

We had a lovely stay and the cottage was lovely, just a few points could be looked at.

We loved the location, and the cottage was nice and clean, and lots of space for us. it was light and airy and comfortable. The underfloor heating was amazing. the farm trail was lovely and the little children's park our 18 month old loved the swing and the boat.

There were just a few niggles, The 3 roosters were right next to our cottage, so started around 3am each morning, which meant we had disturbed nights throughout the weekend. The blinds for the apex windows upstairs were broken, so you could not shut them to block out the sunlight, so in a morning there was no way to keep the bedroom darker as soon as daylight came. The pictures are a random selection of all of the cottages and the pods, so it was hard to see exactly what the cottage you were getting was going to be like, it would be better to have a drop down of pictures for each of the cottages/pods so people new what to expect.
