Lovely, comfortable cottage in a both rural and coastal location, perfect for a relaxing few days.
Very comfortable, cosy cottage, felt welcoming. Well equipped kitchen. Enclosed garden, great for the dog. Lovely, quiet, rural setting. The host was helpful and attentive without being intrusive. We stayed for a couple of days to visit family in the area, and the property suited our purpose very well.

Chilled getaway
Cottage was very quaint and comfortable, very cosy with log burner and well equiped. Great enlosed garden for our dog.
Lack of hot water as the day went on, couldnt enjoy a hot shower at end of long day as water was luke warm, no direct access to garden, have to go out side door then through a gate, not ideal but got round it.

The steps in the property as my wife has problems with her knees. It was a little further out of New Quay than the initial description suggested.

The cottage needed a good clean and was cold and damp in the evenings. The storage heaters weren't on.

A much needed very enjoyable break with a bonus of beautiful sunshine.
QUIET location in central position for the area we wanted to explore. Good kitchen facilities to prepare meals and picnics. Comfortable chairs and beds. Comfortable temperature in the house. Easy house to settle into quickly.
There was very little not to like. This is a characterful old property with a few cobwebs in the corners which might upset some people which I'm used to!
