Dawel Nos Glamping

The property was definitely different, this was my first adventure and it is definitely one to remember. Plenty of space for 3-4 cars depending on how you park. You’re supplied with a trolley to easily transfer your belongings to and from the car. The bus was amazing, it was clean and well structured interiorly. You’re supplied with essential equipment for cooking, cleaning and drinking. All beds were comfy and all sleeping areas had curtains for each window. Loved the original bus seating and having the option for a more modern ‘breakfast table’ with a beautiful view of the hills and fields. The bathroom was spacious and easy to use the shower, seating area upstairs was also spacious and had the option to play with the variety of board games. Plenty of variety of outside seating and we enjoyed the fire pit for toasting marshmallows. We stayed during the few hotter days of June, we were able to keep cool at night and only got a little toasty in the morning but were cooled down with the provided fan and opted to sitting outside to have breakfast. One of the owners father came by to ask if it was okay if he cuts the grass, he was pleasant and recommended a local bar and restaurant (unfortunately did not have time to visit but did look good). He also spoke about how the bus was on Amazing Spaces and the boat is to be renovated at some point. It was interesting watching the neighbours driving around on their tractors during the day and night but did not bother any of us noise or visually with windows closed and curtains shut at night. Plenty of photo opportunities day and night, this place will forever be a memorable stay and I would stay again. Would be nice to come back when the boat is renovated and book with a larger group for the bus and boat. Thank you! :)

My only comment but not necessarily dislike would be for an option to have wood supplied for the fireplace, even if it was an extra charge to save space and weight in the car. Matches and lighter was provided.

Really quirky and great how it’s been created.

everything!! it’s been done so well, loved the fact we had a field to ourselves so the children could be ferel.

downstairs was very cold (we were in the middle of a storm) didn’t effect our stay just knew to wrap up to put the kettle on 🤣
