Collette greeted me and is a very genial host

Well presented, with all amenities in a beautiful self contained annexe style to the main property next door. Beautiful bath and walk in shower, the bed was so comfortable!

Small tv which didn’t work, but this was a minor grumble. In today’s market, I’d expect a smart tv with all current streaming apps. It didn’t spoil my stay as I brought my iPad and the WIFI was very good

Very attentive host. Good location with a dedicated parking space. Very quiet neighborhood.

Bathroom sink has two separate taps for hot and cold water, so it's not possible to adjust the water temperature.

Welcoming host, excellent communication before and during our stay. Quiet and safe location. Nice studio with comfortable bed. Functional bathroom with shower and bathtub. Kitchen with all appliances, washing machine and a small table for two. Nice porch with two chairs. Convenient parking space. Great place, recommended.

perfect little hide away

This was a lovely little home from home, with everything you need provided for you, cosy with a little decking area to sit out and enjoy the peace and quiet, lots of lovely little touches ie shampoo, shower gel, hand-wash and handcreams, Collette and Roger even provided a BBQ with coals so we could cook on the lovely warm evening, nothing was too much trouble, and we would definitely recommend staying here.

An excellent good-value experience that we would recommend if you want to visit the local area.

We loved the property. It was nice, quiet, and homely for us to relax from our busy lives. It was comfortable and had everything you could need for your stay. A nice touch was Collette, the owner had left milk in the fridge, Welsh cakes on the table, and there was oil for cooking with in the cupboard. Little things, but they make a difference. I am a bigger guy, and seeing a roomy bathroom was a winner for me with a bath, a walk-in shower, and plenty of room to change.

The only thing, if I'm being critical, is the 9.30 vacating time, which could have been a little later, but that is just personal preference.

Very homely!

Nicely decorated and very clean, the facilities were excellent, comfortable bed and tea and biscuits laid out on the kitchen table when you walk in! The host was very friendly and provided me with a lot of tourist info and recommendarions!

Very comfy stay, good excellent value for money

Very comfy studio had everything we needed and everything easy to operate. Mattress was a little firm for me but my husband slept very well on it. Everything else was perfect.

Apartment perfectly clean well designed and managed modern high quality furniture and equiptment plenty of space. even better than we expected. Aberaeron and New Quay just a few minuites away by car. New Quay has good sandy beaches to swim off one is dog friendly.

Prices in small local supermarkets came as a bit of a shock and and Asda, Tesco, lidl etc are a long way off. Aberaeron is almost flat to walk round good harbour and eating drinking places but beaches not so good. New Quay has beaches and great places but it is STEEP and a long hot walk back to the long stay car parks. Sorry to moan for young and fit this will not mater for the rest a bit of planning helps.

Fantastic place to stay in a beautiful location.

Fantastic apartment to stay in. We wish we could have been there longer. Hosts are lovely and really helpful. We were given some beautiful bara brith. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you could need to cook up a storm. The living areas were comfortable. Internet was stable and fast. The bathroom was clean. The water was hot. Thank you so much for letting us stay. We hope to be back again soon.

A very pleasant, welcoming stay in a lovely area.

It was more spacious than I thought it would be. The decking was a bonus, to be able to sit outside in the sunshine. We were made to feel very welcome.
