Big and spacious and close to the beach

AC didn’t get too cold

The property was spacious with good facilities. The location to the beach was excellent. Plenty of space for a family of four adults. Lovely views as well.

There were no mugs in the kitchen!

Jag hade önskat bekvämare möbler på terrassen. De fotöljerna och 2 sits soffan som fanns var inget vidare. Eftersom man gärna spenderar tid på den underbara terrassen vill man ju ha kvalitet och bekvämlighet framför allt där.

Lisa was wonderful in explaining the property. The location is incredible for beach access, buses to Palermo, and access to Mondello for drinks and food.

The space is very large with huge ceilings and incredible views, but there was definite downsides to the house. The upstairs, where there are two twin beds, is missing some railing over the stairs which was a hazard if you are traveling with kids. The largest downside of this house is the AC and the policy around leaving the AC on. The home was never at a comfortable temperature and we had to sleep on top of the covers and take a cool shower before bed so we weren't so hot. All the keys are on a padlock, including the key to the house electricity, so when you leave to spend the day in Palermo, the beach, etc the AC turns completely off and the house is hot when you get back. For the price we paid for this home I found this unacceptable and I wouldn't book here again.
