It was modern, clean and the location is very central. Nice details like the towels were tied with a bow, they left complementary toiletries (like toothbrush, toothpaste, etc). There was a bus stop for the airport bus service 3-4 min walk away. A good choice of restaurants and shops in the area too.

1. Originally, I had booked a double-bed apartment for 1 person at 66€ per night rate (incl. Booking fee). However, after arrival I asked if my local friend could stay over for 1 night. They wanted to charge me extra 40€ (paid directly to them, without Booking fee) provided that it was late, so they wouldn’t be able to provide breakfast voucher, set of towels, toiletries, minibar drinks, etc which are included in the price estimation. I tried to negotiate a more reasonable offer, as for them it would make 0 difference if I stayed by myself or with my friend but the host disagreed and also made fun of me for asking. 2. The host told me upon arrival that whatever they left in the minibar can be consumed free-of-charge, while later I received a message on Booking with check-out information stating that I would be charged for minibar consumption. This is not professional. 3. There was no daylight which might not be pleasant to some people. There were non-glass windows, so if you would open them you could get some light but the view was unpleasant, so I kept them shut. 4. Breakfast was a choice of 1 pastry and coffee at a cafe closeby. I expected to have a proper healthy breakfast buffet including eggs, some veggies, yogurt, cereal, etc. It was just a bare minimum so they could list it to add value to their offer.

Everything, apartment Dimora Ai Leoni was excellent place to stay in, in the very near downtown of Palermo. Very spacious and modern interior, we absolutely adored it and enjoyed in it. Would highly recommend to anyone. The landlord was very helpfull and frinedly,
