Excellent location - a bit off the grid, fairly close to the beach in Mondello (~20 min by walk), outstanding views at Mount Pellegrino. Very good communication with the host. Comfy beds, massive space that allows larger groups to hang out. Parking spot for multiple cars, AC with heating option for winter, multiple kitchens & bathrooms. We were in a 22-people friend group and loved it.

Great villa that we used for our yearly seminar. Allessandro was very nice and even gave us bigger pots to cook for the big group that we were. The property is also exceptionally close to the beautiful beach of Mondello (about a 10-15min walk), and one can get to the property by bus from the city (about 30min), or by train+bus from the airport (about an hour).
As others have noted, one of the staircases is a bit scary, but after a few tries it is easy to see that it is very stable.
