The apartments look very aesthetically pleasing, with a nice terrace, thoughtful design, and a well-considered interior. Everything feels visually very well put together. The outdoor table and chairs were especially pleasant, with views of the pine trees and mountains. I really appreciated both the interior design and the overall exterior atmosphere.

If your main priority is the beach, it’s worth noting that it is still quite far on foot — around a 30-minute walk one way with a child. The route is mostly pleasant and shaded by beautiful trees, but in some places the pavement is uneven, affected by tree roots, and occasionally covered with leaves. It would have been perfect if there were a nearby bus stop. Unfortunately, the closest stops are about 12–15 minutes away on foot. A bus does pass right by the house, but there is no stop directly nearby. It’s also important to understand that there are no shops or cafes within walking distance of the property. So if you are without a car, you should plan ahead and bring groceries with you.

Belle maison proche de la plage de Mondello. Belle chambre à coucher Alessandro a été très réactif quand nous lui avons indiqué qu'il manquait de l'huile d'olive et du gel douche

Great location and the property is perfect for families and couples. We were able to walk from the villa to Mondello beach with a 5 year old in aprox. 30 mins. Hosts were great and really helpful. Helped us in sorting a rental car and recommended different boat trip options for us. They can help with airport transfers as well if needed. Nice and huge garden to enjoy the day. Usually the hosts reply to messages straight away.
