About this villa rental
“Wonderful Art Nouveau Villa at 200 meters from the beach.
The sleeping area has 5 bedrooms, each provided with A/C units and heating, 3 of which are double rooms with king size beds, while 2 are twin bedrooms with the possibility of adding 3 extra beds.
The house can host a total of 13 people plus the possibility of adding 2 additional beds for children.
In the sleeping area there are 2 complete bathrooms with showers + 1 service bathroom. Three of the bedrooms overlook the fully furnished terraces and two face the inner garden.
The living area consists of a large and bright living room that overlooks one of the terraces and has a cozy fireplace and a 55-inch satellite TV.
The living area is completed by a fully equipped and furnished kitchen.
You will be able to relax and sunbathe in a well-kept Mediterranean garden with gazebo, dining / living area, sofas, a kitchen equipped with stove, barbecue and fridge, and a bathroom with laundry area.
You will also have access to the Solarium area completed with deck chairs, sun umbrella , a ping pong table, and an outdoor shower.
There is parking for 2 cars inside the property. The strategic position allows you to reach by foot and in a few minutes the best beaches of Mondello. The area is served by a market, bakery, pharmacy, bank, post office, restaurants and bars. As well, for the most adventurous, the bus stop is located a few meters from the entrance of the Villa, where the Panoramic Bus or the number 806 bus will take you straight to the heart of Palermo city center.”

This was the perfect place for my family of 13! The villa and property is huge and stunning. Walk to the beach, food and lido close by. Outside patio was great for late evening hanging out. Ornella and Eliana were super helpful, and Alessandra welcomed us. Highly recommend!!!

I can't say enough good things about this booking. The house itself is great - we were three couples with three children and the home had spacious, comfortable bedrooms for everyone. Several living spaces both indoors and outdoors so everyone was happy. The ping pong table in the garden was a hit with adults and children alike. The many fruit trees were exciting for everyone to experience. The garden has three separate areas for sitting and/or dining so you can chase the sun or the shade - whichever you prefer.
The outdoor kitchen setup was amazing! Of course, the indoor kitchen was great too.
Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the bathrooms and air conditioning in the bedrooms, although we did not need that when we stayed at the end of October.
There are no negatives about this property.
At the end of October the beaches were quiet as most of the tourists were gone, same with the many restaurants. The sea was warm enough to swim and crystal clear.
We walked everywhere, less than a mile to the furthest restaurant on Mondello or less than a 5 minute walk to the closest restaurant.
Our host was so kind and responded very quickly to any questions we had, about the area or the house.
I highly recommend this lovely property.

The house is beautiful and comfortable. Easy access to beach, good restaurants and bakery and bus into Palermo. We'd definitely stay there again. We were a group of 8 adults. The host was responsive, helpful and nice.

Our stay at Ornella's place was everything we hoped. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space for our group of 10 people. It is walkable to restaurants and the beach. We would definitely recommend it and stay again.
Some highlights were Ornella's willingness to answer many questions before our arrival. She gave us contacts for drivers and helpful tips that we really appreciated. The home was also very clean. Everyone in our group noted how clean it was for being a historic home, so we wanted to give compliments to the cleaning crew.
