Location was central and handy for visiting different areas of Madrid.
Balcony was great and nice space to have.
Access to the building was always a challenge, the app access never worked to the building entrance and the key took a couple minutes to open every time you needed to be in, like it wasn’t cut correctly. The app worked fine on the apartment door but I always took the physical key.
The “2nd bedroom” was a partion to the living room will a fold out bed, not comfortable at all.
Certain finishes in the apartment weren’t the best, water damaged ceiling, covers missing from a lot of lights which left live parts exposed.
Noisy outside early in the morning but mainly because of the central location so no issues there.
