La ubicación, la limpieza y la persona que hace el check-in, llamada Claudia, está atenta a cualquier necesidad y/o contratiempo que puedas surgir, es un encanto y eficiente.
Por el precio que pagué deberían poner un colchón y almohadas de calidad… los que tienen son duroooos como piedras.

It was a cute little apartment, really nice they had AC, good hot water, washing machine. The location was incredible for touring Madrid, we could walk everywhere.
We could have used one more extra blanket and maybe a couple extra towels. The pillows and bed were very hard. I noticed it in other reviews. Owner should get a mattress topper and a couple softer pillows, they’re not expensive and would greatly benefit guest’s sleep. The shower head was a little short for me, and I’m 5’5”, so anyone taller has to step to the side to avoid hitting head on the shower head. Nothing the owner can really do about that I suppose. Elevator was broken the first day of our stay, but not the owners fault.

S'ha de vigilar molt amb el cap ja que tant a l'habitació com al lavabo, hi ha sostres baixos i et pots donar un cop.
