La ubicación es excelente, mejor imposible. La entrega del apartamento y sus llaves fue tal cual lo acordado por chateo antes. Impecable. La atención de Claudia quien nos dío las llaves y nos explicó detalles a tener en cuenta en el apart, excelente!!
Es hora que renueven el colchón!! Las sábanas, abrigos y almohadas muy buenos. El colchón no.

This apartment is all about location, being right on Gran Via. Can't argue with that. The owners have clearly tried to make the best of it, and the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful.
The apartment itself was pretty meagre for the price. It was tired, old and dreary. Two bath towels were laid out on the bed, one of which was arranged in a nice fan pattern, but they were both damp.
