Yerevan Nar-Dos

It's a spacious house with a private entry from the street. It was recently renovated and everything is new. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a washing machine and a dishwasher. The location is off on a quieter street so you don't hear noise from the cars. There are a few restaraunts and stores in the area. The location is not central but very close to it.

There was a sound alarm on the electric pole next to the house that was going off constantly. The closed windows help but it was a bit of a nuisance.

Highly recommend this rental for a stay in Yerevan. It’s a great location, within walking distance of Republic Square (20 mins) and just two minutes from Zovq and City supermarkets. The neighborhood has everything you need, including excellent local butchers and restaurants. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our three-week trip seamless and memorable. Отличный дом с новым ремонтом, очень приятная цена для размещения 4 взрослых. Есть две отдельные спальни, два санузла, кухня, гостиная. Приятные хозяева. До центра близко, 20-30 минут пешком до площади.

В доме две двуспальные кровати, одна узковата была для нас (140см). Вторая хорошей ширины (160)
