Есть все необходимое для жизни, под окнами аптека и магазинчик. Хорошая мебель. Шикарный тропический душ. Нет посторонних запахов. Очень удобно, что в квартире два туалета (туалет и душевая с унитазом). До центра 15 минут на такси или 30-35 минут пешком через красивые улочки в цветущих розах.
Воду отключают с 1 до 6 часов утра. Напор нестабильный, сложно спокойно мыться. В душевой вода стоит в низине рядом со сливом, приходилось гонять воду в слив, а потом вообще купить половую тряпку и вытирать после каждого душа. В туалет при выключенной вентиляции тянет запахи из других квартир, не раз пахло табаком и каким-то жженым сеном. В обоих туалетах не хватает креплений для туалетной бумаги.
