Las vistas de las pirámides son muy lindas, la ubicación también está bien. Habíamos reservado para tres personas, hubo una confusión y nos pusieron en una habitación más espaciosa y no nos cambiaron en ningún momento, así que pudimos tener mucho más espacio para nosotros.

Una noche pedimos una pizza para comer y literal demoraron más de una hora para servirnos, punto a mejorar en ese sentido

Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό που σαν μόνη ταξιδιωτρια αισθάνθηκα αμέσως ασφαλής. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δυπλα στις πυραμίδες και όντως η θέα είναι πολύ καλή. Αξίζει τα λεφτά του. Έκλεισα άλλες δύο μέρες να μείνω εδώ.

Liked the location and the staff. Staff were helpful and willing to help, location was close to all historical sites and easy to get to destinations when picked up by our guide. I would not recommend walking around the local area much without a guide, you will get hassled.

The room we booked was called a balcony room. It turned out that the balcony is the roof terrace and is for two rooms, which I actually wouldn’t have minded but you are charged for this and it is open to absolutely all guests 24h a day. We had other guests with children outside our window metres away when we were sleeping and were woken multiple times by screaming, laughing and running on the pathway after midnight, so if you are packing your days with activities and need good rest, this is likely going to cause you an issue. It does not seem fair to charge some guests for a facility which is open to everyone. We also had listed that we would have a wardrobe (there is a rail with no hangers), a hairdryer (not in room) and toiletries among other things which were not in the room. Our bed completely broke on the second day as slats were not secured, we simply sat on it and it fell through. Staff did not seem surprised as though this happens often. To be completely fair, they fixed it relatively quickly but as slats weren’t secure we were terrified it would happen again and it did creak and sink throughout our next few days. We had no housekeeping in 4 nights and only one towel each with no hand towel provided. Overall, we had a passable stay but certain things did affect the quality overall.
