Terrible hotewl, staff with real attitude problems, dangerous slippery floor, after falling when we told them they said "Oh the owners mother fell there too". When we said we wanted something done otherwise we will post a negative review, the receptionist said "Go ahead, post it!" TV didn't work for 2 days and very noisy! I wouldn't stay here again for free if you asked me.

Very close to ticket counter near Sphinex of Pyramid complex, just 10 mins walk. Mr Abdul and Ms Nada at reception counter were very helpful. Property is nice and very clean. Rooms facing the pyramids are close to road and rooms are very noisy the whole night so don’t select room facing pyramid or you should be ready to sleep with heavy noise from road. Otherwise staff is very courteous and helpful.
