Everything! Mostafa and his staff were fabulous from start to finish. As a lone woman travelling, I had done my research, and Mostafa was a bit of a Booking .com legend for personal safety and hospitality. Airport transfers, meals, and excursions, he organised them all at a reasonable price. My guide, Fatima, was fantastic - such a knowledgeable Egyptologist. My every wish was catered for during my stay, and I was escorted everywhere. The hotel was clean, and my room was comfortable with air conditioning. Breakfast on the rooftop was great, with such a view. I also ate at Mostafa's other nearby hotel, and the food was lovely. I was concerned about food safety, and this was a hygienic place with staff who really looked after me. I was escorted to and from the restaurant, which was a 3 minute walk. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this establishment to anybody; if I ever return to Egypt, this would, without a doubt, be the place where I would stay.

Amazing location with a rooftop view of the pyramids, very comfortable beds and super clean room, as well as outstanding hospitality from the owner Mostafa. He gave some great suggestions on where to go and what to see, and helped arrange so many activities during my stay, making the whole trip extremely smooth and enjoyable! 10/10

The owner Mostafa and his staff were incredibly helpful and kind! The view is amazing and the accommodation is very comfortable. Breakfast is served every morning and it’s a large variety of cheeses, eggs, bread and a few other things. Hot shower, very comfortable bed, and the AC worked well. There’s a couple really nice restaurants nearby and a gas station around the corner for snacks, coffee, and drinks. I can definitely recommend this place!!
