We took a room with balcony & it was worth the money
Waking up to see the pyramids was amazing
Beds were comfy & room was very comfortable
Just the cafe needs improving. Our dinner was very slow that we had to cancel & roam to Bazoka in front of the hotel. But overall, I still love the place

Bonito, cerca de las pirámides, la única pega es que el edificio está en un callejón y hay que subir al hotel en ascensor, pero por dentro esta bien cuidado, grande y tiene terraza con vistas a las pirámides.

The location is too local for most tourists and doesn’t feel very safe. The hotel itself is difficult to find as it occupies only two floors of a mixed-use building. At check-in, we were assigned a different room than what we booked, without explanation. When we asked for clarification, the staff aggressively promised to upgrade us the next day. The check-in staff’s attitude was not welcoming.
The room was much dirtier than the photos, especially the bathroom. The shower drain smelled bad, and the water pressure was very weak. Bath towels were placed under the sink and were damp, possibly due to leakage from the pipes. The sheets were full of pilling, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The breakfast was very basic and not very tasty.
The only positive aspects were the rooftop view of the pyramids during breakfast and the kind, attentive service from the staff on the rooftop.
I regretted not canceling my stay and moving to another hotel. Even with a low price and pyramid views, I would not stay here again. Next time, I would choose a better-ranked hotel, even if it costs more. This hotel might suit those who only need a place to sleep, but it’s not for me.
I was very excited to stay here because of the photos and good reviews so I was disappointed.
