בניין חדש, היה שומר בכניסה, חדר גדול מאוד, מכונת כביסה כולל מיבש, סה"כ היה נחמד מאוד המקום
לקח זמן עד שהחליפו את הצינור של הטוש, התגובה של האחראי היתה יחסית איטית.

Appartamento spazioso e confortevole, a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Bucarest. Comoda la posizione, la presenza di un supermercato molto vicino, ottimo per spostarsi in città. Bene riscaldato, bagno spazioso con vasca.
La cucina andrebbe dotata di qualche stoviglia in più, ad esempio scolapasta . Da migliorare la pulizia e la dotazione di biancheria, alcuni asciugamani erano parecchio usurati. Anche il mobilio, anche se di design e molto piacevole, ha bisogno di qualche intervento di manutenzione. Da aggiungere una sedia in più, se gli ospiti previsti sono tre
