המיקום של הדירה מושלם, במרכז האזור הכי תוסס וצעיר של בוקרשט, עשרות אלפי אנשים מתהלכים ברחובה של עיר. עם זאת, הדירה שקטה באופן מוחלט. הבניין ישן, עתיק, אולם הדירה חדשה ומאובזרת והכל עובד באופן מושלם. התקשורת עם בעלי הדירה מדהימה, נזקקנו למיחם לשבת, פלטה, מפתח פיסי לדלת ולא קוד דיגיטלי, וקיבלנו. הדירה 5 דקות הליכה מבית חבד. המטבח מאובזר. דירה מצוחצחת ונקיה. הכל היה מושלם. AAA. ציון 10+ מתוך 10. ללא ספק נשוב להתארח בעתיד אצל יאיר וטל. פשוט תודה על שבת מופלאה !

We were very happy with the location of the building, on a lively street, and the apartment itself, facing away from the street. There was Aircon in both the living room and the bedroom. It felt spacious.

When we saw the condition of the entrance hall, the lift and the stairs to the fourth floor, we were very tempted to turn around and leave. Needless to say, the apartment isn't in the same state as its surroundings, although it could do with a bit of stain removal here and there. Having to use the lift or the stairs with crumbling plaster and smashed windows really impacted our stay.

We spent quite a long time choosing the apartment and would like to leave some feedback after our stay (12 days). At first glance, the apartment seemed quite comfortable and clean. The location is excellent — 10/10. Shops are very close, and there are many cafés, clothing stores, and everything you might need within walking distance. The apartment has a visually pleasant interior design. It is also well equipped: there is a washing machine, a robot vacuum cleaner, and a dishwasher, and all of these appliances work properly.

One day before arrival, we were required to pay a tax of approximately €2 per person per night, which is not included in the apartment price. Check-in was supposed to be self-service. However, when we arrived at 2 a.m., the lock’s battery was dead, and the keypad did not respond when my husband and I tried to enter the code. We had to call the owner to unlock the door remotely, which caused some discomfort for both us and (most likely) the owner. Because the lock wasn’t working, we even had to use our own batteries (fortunately, we had some with us) just to be able to leave and lock the apartment. The batteries were only replaced the next evening. In the morning, when we tried to open the curtains, we discovered that the external blind in the bedroom was broken, making it impossible to open the curtains. As a result, the bedroom remained cold and damp throughout our stay, despite having an air conditioner. In the living room, however, the temperature could be adjusted with a controller. The bed was very uncomfortable — the slats under the mattress were significantly worn out, and after just two days both my husband and I experienced lower back pain after sleeping, which was very disappointing. Another issue was that people living above sometimes threw trash down, and it occasionally ended up on our balcony. In the bathroom, there was a towel on the floor (apparently for feet). After a couple of days, we accidentally moved it and realized it was covering the drain to prevent bad odors. If it was moved even slightly, there was a very strong sewage smell in the bathroom. The sofa in the living room constantly came apart, and the cushions kept slipping down. There is also a window directly facing the neighbors, but there are no curtains, so both the living room and kitchen are fully visible to them — and vice versa. There used to be a blind in the kitchen, but it had fallen off before our arrival.
