The outdoor seating area was really nice. However two of the propone tanks were empty and we had to take one from the grill in order to use the door fire pit.
The air conditioning does not keep the entire house cool. The upper level was extremely hot. The central air unit was unavailable, possibly because the WiFi was down the entire duration. We had to use a hot spot in order to watch tv. We had three children so it was extremely hard. The staff advised they reached out to xfinity but found no solution. I offered to have him come in person but no one did, so we went without WiFi. Lastly the front door handle came off, resulting in a staff member having to come and fix it during our stay.
