Plenty of space in the house and very convenient. It was a wonderful house for 9 + people. We enjoyed the area and all of the activities in the area. It was easy to stain or go out and explore. Thank you for great communication and having everything ready.
Neighborhood is a little tight but we knew that.

I like the golf cart access and the quiet community.
I didn’t like the extra parking availability. All lots were full each night for the rest of my family and they had to park at beach access parking area.
