From the booking to the checkout was very smooth!!! The Home is everything described and then some!! The golf cart made the trip to the beach with little ones a 100/10!!! the 2 minute walk to the swimming pool was a Super Plus!!! There is a common are right across the street from Silly Beach Cottage (pinestrawed walk area) and it literally goes right over to the pool area!!!!! Karrie and Seth have thought of everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation!!! Love the Windmark Beach area and will definitely revisit the Silly Beach Cottage in our future!!! Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful vacation!!

We had a wonderful time during our short stay in this home! We have stayed at the other Windmark neighborhood twice- this was our first time staying in Windmark North, and it was much quieter than the other neighborhood! While most of our trip was spent a few hours away, we were able to enjoy the beautiful beach for a couple of hours (the boardwalks to the beach made access to the beach SO much easier). We were unable to visit the pool, but did notice there was a special chair to make water play accessible for anyone who may need it (BIG deal for our family!)The home was absolutely beautiful, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but with thoughtfully arranged living spaces to create a cozy, family gathering area- and within a short walking distance of the pool and boardwalk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to vacation in the Windmark beach/Port St. Joe area!

Great accommodations for a week long family Thanksgiving gathering. Plenty of room with great location near pool & beach. Golf cart is a plus. Host was a great communicator. HOA was not real accommodating because the small RV we traveled in can not be parked anywhere on the Windmark premises. Had to park in adjoining city park parking lot approx 1/2 mile away. Local bear enjoyed rummaging through numerous trash cans on a couple of occasions and made a big mess. Great time overall.
