In addition to pool and beach boardwalks, guests have access to nearby village center with heated pool (heated october-march), playground, restaurants, shops, dog park, and gym (gym for a fee). Everything was clean and orderly when we arrived. The host, Emily, was absolutely great! Communication was outstanding. Amenities were great! So convenient to everything. Would definitely recommend spending your vacation here! Entire family loved it!Thank you!

This is one of the best experiences we've had. From check in we had great communication with the host and didn't need much but some directions on the property. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The golf cart was a nice addition and afforded us to be able to come back and forth. The kids rode bikes around the neighborhood every night and it was very safe. Security was present and helpful around the property and at each pool. The beach was quiet and not crowded. If you are thinking about booking dont think twice with this host you can't go wrong. Thank you for a nice relaxing spring break! Lastly there is a bait shop, grocery store and Dollar General Market about 5 mins away. We drove to Mexico Beach and Cape San Blas as well which was nice.

Great location, close to pools and the beach! The golf cart was perfect to get to the heated pool and downtown area for pizza and snacks! The screened in porches were a great extension along with the out door seating area! Our host was awesome and responded very quickly to any questions!!
