Family kids and pets friendly stay. At Approximately 5-minute walking distance to North Windmark Beach. Within driving distance to the beaches and Port St. Joe downtown center. A central spot in between Windmark, Port St Joe, and Mexico Beach. Windmark Community is a unique community about 2 miles from the house. The beach is a 1-2 minute walk from Windmark downtown. It is offering all the amenities of a family-oriented beach including a resort-style pool, fitness center (pass offered at the office), and nature trail of over 2 miles for running, biking, walking, and boardwalks. The charming, quiet, relaxing downtown has multiple dining and activities.

Highly recommend going to The View on 98 in the city center to cook your catch or have a sunset cocktail looking over the ocean view.
Grocery shopping options in Port Saint Joe are Piggly Wiggly and Dollar General. 5 miles away.
This home is in a phase 2 community. There is an ongoing construction on site from 8AM to 5PM.
Please understand that we are in close proximity to open beach and ponds/reservations. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to alligators, bears, racoon,opossums,birds,bees.wasps,mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, palmetto bugs, tree roaches and rolly pollies. these creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. we do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we can not control mother nature, therefore; will not refund if you encounter her bussiness during your stay.
No refunds will be provided for inoperable amenities, appliances, internet/wifi, etc. if applicable. The owner will make a reasonable effort to address any issues.

Advertised as including a mother-in-law suite, really is so much more than that. Very private large suite is attached to a well-appointed home. Families or friends wanting controlled privacy allowing for shared or private experiences will appreciate the private entry and single adjoining doorway.Two complete kitchens. Plenty of utensils, high-end cooking equipment. Very nice cooking experience. Providing options catering to southern pallets, with both an air fryer and a Wagner cast iron skillet.Well taking care of furniture, with plenty of flexibility of use. Roku with guest settings in every location.Neighborhood is still being built in, they are adding direct access to the beach, right now. You do have to walk through the pool area to access the beach. Host was very accommodating, and contacted us multiple times during the stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. We did not have small children, however the beach was very conducive to it. Shallow calm water.The driveway is large enough for two large vehicles, however, if you have a third there is no street parking and you will need to park at the pool area parking lot. It is less than a block away, and very convenient.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing and fun trip, look no further than here. The house is very spacious and clean! They have everything you need from the kitchen and bathrooms to the beach and pool. Sand toys and bikes, umbrellas, chairs and a wagon to pull it in!!! I’ve never stayed somewhere that had all this. Steps from a large pool and a short walk to the beach. The whole check-in and out process was very smooth and the owners are so nice and accommodating!! We will be back!!!

The property was very nice. The living room TV worked for the first night and an hour the next day, then the screen suddenly stopped working after breakfast. Unfortunately they were unable to replace during our 7 night/8 day stay, so that was a big bummer for my dad and son who were staying in the living room. Additionally, the kids room TV didn’t work at all, so that was also a bit of a let down in the evenings at bed time or when the kids wanted to relax. Unfortunately the home also had a very bad fire ant problem in the mother in law suite and the master bathroom, which was a huge inconvenience. We had to go out and buy any spray to spray all over the house due to how bad the fire ants were. Overall the place was beautiful, although the walk to the beach from there is exhaustingly long. The pool was right down the road so that was really nice. Didn’t really have enough in the fully stocked kitchen as expected for a place for 14 people. No oven mitts for cooking so we burned out hands quite a bit and the washing mashing in the mother in law suite did not work properly, so all 14 of us had to use one washing machine the whole week, which was okay, but again not what we paid for.
