Check-in process: needs to be more flexible, as reporting on a fixed time slot can be quite constraining when on vacation with family. Relative value for money when compared with serviced apartments.

I cannot fault the hosts of this amazing apartment. I travelled with my disabled young client and his mother for a surprise visit to Sydney and the Vivid show. This apartment is in the most absolute prime position with fantastic, sweeping views of the entire harbour. Everything you could possibly need or want is within a short walk from the apartment. The beds have to be the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and wish I had of pulled back the sheets to see what brand they were. I have travelled all over the world and slept in many beds, these mattresses by far were the most fabulous I have ever slept in I have not had a better sleep, in any bed, for such a long time prior to staying here. Were they made for royalty? LOL The very kind hosts were beyond accommodating, from permitting us to leave our luggage in the apartment whilst it was being cleaned and prior to checking in, to allowing my client to take the spongebob squarepants kitchen sponge holder with him on departure. Communication cannot be faulted. I can honestly say with hand on my heart that this trip will forever be etched in our memories and partially because this apartment met all of our expectations and then some. We felt like it was home every time we entered the door and didn't want to leave. I will definitely be a frequent returning guest of this apartment in the future. We cannot thank the hosts enough for their assistance and for their kindness
