Fantastic location, close to restaurants and bars and walking distance to transport and shops etc. extremely clean and tidy and perfect for a few nights stay. All about the location!
The third double bedroom was tiny with no window, which I didn’t realise when booking. The main bedrooms windows seemed poorly insulated and it was extremely noisy during the night. However as the location was so good I understand you can’t have the best of both worlds.

Air conditioning did not work well, thankfully all rooms had fans.

Location was amazing.
Beds very comfortable.
Host was very fast to respond to communications.
Not a deal breaker, but It could do with some balcony furniture - we had some beautiful weather and it would have been nice to sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee /tea while waiting on others to get ready to explore this beautiful part of Sydney.
