Property is great , excellent location . 2 min to all the attractions . Full serviced appt , nice rooms
May be little green sofa (couch) clean up required , , tv remote battery needs to be changed , and curtain hanger in main room needs fixing - small things , other than that everything is fine ,

Located walking distance to Darwin Harbour, but with great public transportation and cheap/quick Uber service in Sydney not a strong upside.
A little worn. One bedroom with no window. Heavy traffic, making terrace totally obsolete (not cleaned either). Our stay was ruined by planned water maintenance, not informed us; at 9:30 am no water, and no one answering phone (message via app responded 40 minutes late). After waiting and waiting for 3 hours it was via app suggested we went to public swimming pool to shower, however finally offering possibility in other apartment 20 minutes away. In total we lost 4,5 hours of our 3 day visit to Sydney.
