Welcome to our unique abode nestled in the vibrant heart of Millers Point. This home is not just a space; it's a testament to creativity and identity, providing a haven for up to 5 guests. With FREE unlimited WIFI spanning the entire house, our abode features 1 king master bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom and 1 Single bed, making it an ideal choice for groups, whether for friends, weddings, corporate stays, or extended family gatherings.

We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!

There is plenty to explore like Barangaroo Reserve, a popular picnic destination and The Sydney Observatory – renowned as one of the most significant sites in Australia’s scientific history. Peruse the casual pubs in the Rocks District, including Australia’s oldest pub brewery, the Lord Nelson Brewery and The Hero of Waterloo which has been in operation since colonial times.

Nestled in the attractive neighbourhood of Millers Point and conveniently close to the city center, your stay promises a bustling agenda of activities and entertainment.

Every bed in The Miller’s on Kent II is adorned with luxurious mattresses offering extra support for a restful night's sleep. Our bedding is of natural fibre, resembling 5-star hotel quality linen. Your stay includes fresh towels. For your convenience, The Miller’s on Kent II provides a washing machine to cater to your laundry needs.

Please note that our home strictly enforces a NO PARTY policy. We do not accept Bucks or Bachelor parties without prior approval. While The Miller’s on Kent II is an excellent choice for families and groups attending weddings or reunions in Sydney, it is not suitable for events like a Bucks weekend.

* Checkout: 10:00 am
* No smoking
* No parties or events
* No pets allowed

ADDITIONAL RULES
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.

*To comply with local regulations, all guests are kindly asked to review and accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form. For everyone’s security and peace of mind, we also require a valid ID and card details for a temporary pre-authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay.

*This strictly is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is FIVE people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to TWO people. No more than a maximum of SEVEN people are allowed in the property at any given time.

*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the home, we could issue a $500 fine.

*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.

*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.

*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.

*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.

THINGS TO KNOW
*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

*We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

*The home has an aircon unit upstairs and ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom as well as portable heaters.

*There is a dual-function washer and dryer in the home.

*The fireplaces are for display only and cannot be used.

*Please be aware that there are steep stairs in the apartment and we ask all guests to be careful.

* Enjoy a seamless stay with our hassle-free airport pick-up and drop-off service, exclusively for guests booked to stay our homes. Contact us for rates and booking details!

*There is no dedicated parking spot. Only paid meter parking is available for 2 hours. Kent Street is quite large, and if needed, High Street, right in front of the property, offers additional parking options. You can park at Kent Street and High Street overnight for free from 10pm to 8 am then you have to pay a parking ticket up to 2 hours after that.

This place was lovely and perfectly located! Our group had a great stay. But do pay attention to that note about the steep stairs. If anyone in your group has mobility issues, this probably isn’t the place for you. Getting luggage up to the second story bedroom was both weightlifting and cardio. I appreciated that after a long flight! But be prepared.
