About this apartment rental
Blackbird Property present their latest listing, Kiara, located in the beautiful, harbour-side enclave of Kirribilli. Kiara has picture-perfect waterfront views showcasing the Harbour Bridge, Circular Quay and Sydney CBD, this 2-bedroom apartment is the ideal spot to watch the fireworks. Featuring stylish interiors, this modern apartment is close to the many local Kirribilli attractions, cafes, restaurants and easy access to the city via bus, train and ferry.
Kiara has an open-plan living area with expansive harbour views from the living room and balcony. The apartment has a neat and tidy kitchen with modern appliances, various cooking utensils and basic pantry items if you wish to cook during your stay.
The comfortable living room includes seating for four guests, a small dining table and a 50” smart TV with complimentary Amazon Prime streaming services provided by your host. The best part of the apartment must be the balcony which is directly off the living room with comfortable outdoor seating showcasing those spectacular views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
The bathroom has been recently updated and includes basic toiletries and towels supplied by your host.
The primary bedroom contains a comfortable queen-sized bed and the second bedroom includes two single beds.
For families with young children, we also supply a portacot and highchair (BYO linens).
Both the bedrooms include a portable heater and fan to keep you comfortable in summer and winter.
Please note: By completing this reservation you agree that:

The most amazing parts about this rental were the views and location. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and train station. The views are breathtaking. The reason for the 4 stars is because the main bedroom had a funky urine-like smell especially when we used the portable heater. Also, the washer/dryer combo unit also had the same smell. It’s also very cold in the rental during winter.

We absolutely loved our stay in Sydney! This apartment had such incredible views that we ended up skipping many of the tours we originally planned, like the night ferries—we were perfectly content enjoying the scenery from the comfort of the apartment. We picked up groceries and spent our evenings making dinner and cocktails while watching the city sparkle below.The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including olive oil, spices, and other cooking essentials. If you’re traveling with a little one, you’ll appreciate the provided travel cot and highchair—such a thoughtful touch. The shampoos and toiletries were also high-quality, which our whole family really appreciated.But truly, it’s the view that steals the show. It’s so breathtaking, you’ll never want to leave!

Definately got our steps in each day! The view was phenomenal (especially for the opening night of VIVID), the entire property was extremely clean, safe and quiet neighborhood. The host supplied the unit with all the little gadgets and accesories needed. Our only real issue was the water temperature for the shower - it was either scalding hot or cold and continually changed while in use. Also, there was no heat but tons of extra blankets so I would not receommend if staying in the winter and planning to be inside the unit. We were really only there to crash and prepare for the next day. All types of public transportation are within a short walk. Very hilly area, I was pregnant so would get a little winded at times, would not recomment for those that have health issues unless able to go at a slow pace.
