The property was right near the town centre the beds were very comfortable it had plenty of appliances outstanding

The location is within easy access to the train station, city centre, docks and attractions. The apartment was comfortable. Communication with host was good.

We did not book this apartment - the one we did was flooded & this was provided as a replacement in Dale St which turned out to be close to liverpool one shopping & restaurants which was helpful
Bed was uncomfortable. TV remote was not appropriately tuned to TV & assistance with this was requested but was not appropriately resolved. The hot water was so hot that it was difficult to adjust to stand under it. The lift was filthy & the foyer smelt of mould which was unpleasant. i couldn't find the cutlery on the first day & there were no instructions on anything in the apartment
