We liked the location of being a close walk to the beach. It was clean when we arrived and the master bedroom with the adjoining bathroom was nice.
The front door lock was broken when we arrived and the locksmith could not fix it. Since the door opened out onto the busy Gulf Drive we needed to make sure it would lock at night for security. The rental company came and put a sliding chain lock on the door which was our only security for the entire week. Other concerns were the extremely slippery cork floor upstairs which caused several falls, No bathroom up stairs and 4 adults had to share the tiny bathroom downstairs, unsafe steps that were not marked leading to the back porch which also caused several adult falls, and a dangerous concrete bar table on the porch that collapsed when a 68 year old woman leaned on it. Luckily she sustained only minor injuries from the falling concrete.
