The bedrooms include two King masters, each with an ensuite bath. Twin beds complete the third bedroom. The den opens to the pool deck and features a queen sleeper sofa. All bedrooms and the den include a TV.
Outside you'll find multiple outdoor spaces ideal for entertaining and enjoying the soothing island air. The large custom pool and hot tub form the centerpiece of an exquisite backyard that feels just like a botanical garden.
Ready for a little time at the shore? Easily walk less than a block to the Tampa Bay beach and Bayfront Park, or three blocks to popular Bean Point beach. Want to dine out? Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

We wanted a nice spot with beach access and away from the town center. Our house fit the bill,spa and pool surrounded by lush foliage,roomy quiet and minutes to services. Highly recommend it .
