Absolutely amazing!
The host.met and greeted us at the Arsenale station, with two umbrellas as it was a bit of rain, and guided us to the apartment.
The apartment is big for Venice, with a fully equiped kitchen, large bedroom and a big bathroom. It has individual heating on gas and also air conditioning. You also find clothes iron but it lacks an ironing board.
The bed is very large and comfortable.
From the apartment you have a view to the canal and side view to the main street and bridge.
Right downstairs is a very nice restaurent and, down the street, there are a lot of other restaurants and bars.
There is fibre wifi available.
The location is very good, 3 minutes light walk from Arsenale station and 12 .minutes from Zaccaria / San Marco palace
We definitely recommend this place for a Venice stay.
There is nothing we didn't like!
