Acessable, clean, comfortable, good infrastructure, close to food store, great fridge.
Children playing soccor kicking the ball against the door and wall, untill wall plaster falls off the wall.
Neigbour above throwing her rubbish and cat litter from above, and the bag bursts open spreading the content over the passage and right up to the front door.

Clean, good and quiet location, good price.
A bit cold there was only one electric radiator which is not enough for the whole apartment. Also a bit of a problem with the hot water.

Dark inside, aircon there but not working. Sticky air inside.
Double mattress poor quality as you could feel the slightest movement of the other person.
