It was our first time traveling aboard and Maria made us feel safe and comfortable she was informative on how to get to her place and how to get to the airport, and one night got really cold and Maria made a way for the heat to come on. Thank you Maria! We will definitely be back!

We arrived very late and the instructions were very good but the water bus service was done and we weren't aware of the water taxi we could have used instead of dragging our bags over bridges.service
