Nuovo appartamento con posto auto privato a 5 min a piedi dal centro

Kitünő szállás, jobbat nem is találhattunk volna Sienaban. Néhány perc a városkaputól, a belvárostól. Üzletek bevásárló központok a közelben. Modern, újszerű szállás, maximálisan jól felszerelt. Ágy kényelmes, tisztaság kifogástalan volt (vasaló, hajszárító is). Kifejezetten tágas. Központban, de mégis csendes. A mélygarázs pedig igazi kincs, nagyon kényelmes parkolás. Kulcsátvétel és bejutás könnyű, nagyon részletes videókat kaptunk. A szállásadóval a kommunikáció nagyon jó volt (írásban). Bármely nehézség esetén megpróbáltak segíteni. Jó szívvel ajánlom a szállást mindenkinek. Ha legközelebb Sienában járnék, biztosan ezt a szállást választanám.

Fabulous property. Wonderful location, excellent facilities especially the underground car parking when we experienced a thunder storm! Extremely well presented and comfortable.

Excellent location 2 minute walk rom Porta Camollia. Lots of restaurants nearby. Everything on your doorstep: supermarket, train & bus station. A well appointed apartment, also secure & quiet. Kitchen also had oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee & tea , & cold water in fridge on arrival - terrific! Excellent bathroom & laundry. We experienced warmer weather than was expected in Siena & the air conditioner wasn’t working because it was not scheduled to be turned on until June 1st. The property managers organised for a private contractor to come in and turn on the air conditioning for the whole apartment block - we really appreciated this speedy & understanding response.

There is some mould at the base of the shower which I’m sure the owners are aware of & are addressing.

Autotalli helpottaa huomattavasti. Erinomaiset ohjeet avainten ja autotallin ym. käyttöön. Iso asunto, hieno vaatehuone ja kodinhoitohuone erikseen. Samoin kuivausrumpu oli köytännöllinen niin sai oikeasti vaatteet kuivaksi (kostea ilmasto). Keittiössä hyvä varustetaso. Siisti. Kaksi televisiota!

Suihkutilassa pientä kosteusvauriota, joka hiukan epämiellyttävää, mutta ei niin etteikö suihkua haluaisi käyttää. Autotallista on kaksi ovea rappukäytäviin. Sitä ohjetta voisi tarkentaa jotta oikea rappu löytyy.
