The house is accessed through the back door, which opens into a fully fitted kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a large dining table. Double doors lead out to a south-east-facing yard, perfect for outdoor dining when the weather permits.
The cozy living room, accessible from the kitchen, features an open fire, a spacious seating area, and a formal dining table.
Downstairs also includes a utility room with a toilet and washing machine, as well as an office space conveniently located at the foot of the stairs.
