Lovely location. Excellent host.

Could do with some updating.

Fine big house with enough space for two families. Big kitchen and front sitting room with plenty of seating. Very quiet countryside location, close to Tramore and Waterford. House was clean and tidy when we arrived. Plenty of bedding and towels. Good communication with the host.

No major issues with the house. Probably could do with a dishwasher.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this house. There were 8 of us, including children, and it never felt crowded. The house is very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. And Thomas was very kind to check on us to make sure we're settled in okay. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. We especially enjoyed spending the afternoons sitting outside on the bench and had bbq. The location was also excellent—close to the shops, Tramore Beach, and the SETU Arena, where we attended a 3-day convention, so it was very convenient for us.

Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the house is quite old and had a noticeable damp, musty smell. Aside from that, everything else was great, and it was a comfortable place for our group.
