About this house rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in La Teste-de-Buch. It has a floor area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 28 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy outdoor space of around 300 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 28 m² living room with a TV, double sofa bed…
- A dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower
- A utility room
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and bath
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (5x2m), open from late March to late November
- A beautiful, private and enclosed garden of 300 m²
- A 35 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in La Teste-de-Buch, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
- On the lake: sailing school, boat hire, wakeboarding, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, diving, swimming…
- Lake Cazaux is the second-largest freshwater lake in France and is ideal for families with children, particularly thanks to its sandy beaches and shallow waters, which give it the feel of a lagoon.
- Around the lake: walks in the forest or cycling.
- The Dune du Pilat, Île aux Oiseaux, Banc d’Arguin
- Arcachon
- By the sea: surfing (30 minutes’ drive away)
- Biscarrosse Water Park (40 minutes’ drive away)
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (space for 3 cars)
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest station: La Teste TER station, about 17 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux Airport, approximately 1 hour’s drive away
Other notes:
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are allowed for an additional charge of €5 per night. Only one pet is permitted per stay.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
