About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 110 m² house with swimming pool for rent in La Teste-de-Buch. It can accommodate up to 10 people. It has a lovely 47 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 460 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics) is just waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Main house
- A 47 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed ...
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3: each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with bath and WC
Bedroom annexe
- Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and two children's beds in the attic (impossible to stand up).
- A shower room with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron.
Outside:
- A private, heated swimming pool (8x4m), open only from 1 May to 30 September with security alarm - security fence.
- A lovely 460 m² enclosed garden running around the house, with summer kitchen area and garden furniture.
- An 80 m² terrace, part of which is covered, with furniture to make the most of fine weather
The house is ideally located in La Teste-de-Buch, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities
- On the lake: Sailing school, boat hire, wakeboarding, canoeing, paddling, fishing, diving, swimming...
- Lac de Cazaux is the 2nd largest freshwater lake in France and is ideal for families with children, thanks in particular to its sandy beaches where the shallowness of the water gives it a lagoon-like feel.
- Around the lake: Walk or cycle through the forest.
- La dune du pilât, l'îles aux oiseaux, le banc d'arguin.
- Arcachon
- By the ocean: surfing (30 min by car)
- Biscarosse Aquapark (40 min by car)
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: La Teste TER station, 17 minutes away
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport, about 1 hour by car

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). Prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- The annex room has access via the garden in the same building as the garden furniture table.
