About this villa rental

-Enjoy privacy and space in this beautifully renovated and fully equipped 120 sqm Maisonette, part of a duplex detached house just 500m from Maleme beach.
Ideal for couples, friends and small families seeking comfort and tranquility while being close to Crete's most famous beaches (Balos Lagoon-Falassarna-Elafonissi etc). Enjoy the lush common garden with the private parking and plenty of room to unwind after a long day at the beach.
Supermarket, taverns and cafes are within walking distance, while Chania city is only a short drive away.
-The house setup has three levels, on the ground floor there is a full equipped kitchen with dining room and a large bathroom, the internal staircase leads you to a comfortable living room with flat TV while a little higher you can find two independent bedrooms. One of them is master with private bathroom, balcony and a couch space. The house has wooden tiled roof, large new beds with anatomical mattresses and all the spaces apart from the ground floor are air-conditioned
