Sunny Ammer Suite - Casavalu Apartments

Our spacious, modern, and family-friendly 78-square-meter vacation rental is located on the 3rd floor of a centrally located apartment building and is a smoke-free apartment. The apartment can accommodate up to six people. It consists of a living room, two separate bedrooms, a children’s room, and a loft area for children to play in and as an additional sleeping area for young guests. The heart of the apartment is the spacious living room with a dining area and a modern multimedia system: a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray/DVD player, an audio system for DVDs and radio, and an iPod/MP3 player (please bring your own USB cable for this). From the living room and the bedroom with a double bed, you can step out onto the balcony with a view of the mountains. The loft is accessible from the living room. Here you’ll also find a large bed suitable for one adult. The loft is also a popular play area for children. In the cozy single bedroom, there is the option to pull out a second bed. There is also a separate children’s room with a single bed, a toddler bed, and toys. The apartment features a spacious entryway, a modern kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with a view of the mountains. Parking is available in the courtyard. On the first floor of the building, you can enjoy young Bavarian cuisine at the Mundart restaurant (open weekdays from 5:00 p.m., weekends from 11:00 a.m. Be sure to make a reservation!) The apartment is centrally located, in close proximity to hiking and biking trails as well as cross-country ski trails and ski lifts. Shopping, restaurants, and snack bars can be found in the immediate vicinity. The center of Oberammergau, home to the Festspielhaus, is just a few minutes’ walk away.
