Nice flat, spacious, clean, FULLY equipped , close to everything. There is lovely outdoor bbq area and playground for children available too.

The apartment is very dark, and the bathroom is neither practical nor functional. The sink is extremely small and uncomfortable to use. The shower has a curtain that does not prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor, and the shower hose is not properly fixed, making the shower inconvenient to use.
The toiletries provided were also very limited—there was only hand soap, with no other basic toiletries available.
Most importantly, the apartment was not cleaned at all during our five day stay.The trash was not even emptied once, which is unacceptable for a five day stay.
Overall, the apartment needs significant improvement in terms of cleanliness, bathroom functionality, and basic guest amenities.
