All vacation apartments feature a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and personalized guest cards (KönigsCard). Towels, table linens, kitchen linens, and bed linens are also included.
With the guest card for the Allgäu, Tyrol, and Upper Bavaria regions, you can explore the Alpine peaks worry-free, experience the lake landscape by boat, climb through the region’s high ropes courses, and much more.

The building is consistently maintained and cleaned in accordance with current COVID-19 regulations. Cleaning and laundry services are carried out using disinfectants, face masks, and gloves, among other measures.
On-site costs: - Check-in is possible on the day of arrival starting at 4:00 p.m. or by arrangement. - Departure on the day of departure by 10:00 a.m., with the property left clean and tidy. - The tenant must pay a deposit equal to 20% of the total invoice amount within 14 days of signing the rental agreement. The remaining balance is due on the day of arrival. The landlord reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement in the event of late payments. - Cancellation policies are listed separately. - The minimum stay is 3–5 nights, depending on the season.
Check-in is possible from 4:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
