Great location. Apartment needs more update/renovations.

Fast and good communication with staffs. Great location in terms of easy access to supermarket and walking distance to town.

The photos did not match of the apartment we stayed in. It’s more ran down, the TVs are very old that has no channel and no internet. The apartment feels more like a college dorm than a hotel.

Beautiful property and perfect base from which to explore the area

This was a beautiful property that was well equipped and in a central location. Everything was spotless. Good parking. The provision of a washing machine was an added bonus. Easy access to food shops as well as local restaurants and bars. Staff really helpful and responded to queries very quickly. It is a beautiful town and we would highly recommend both the town and this property.

The property was great and there wasn’t anything we didn’t like about it. We thought it would have been useful to have some basic info such as where to take the bins and recycling. A broom to enable us to sweep up would have been useful, although there was a dustpan and brush. We felt the property could be even better with some information on local places of interest and perhaps the provision of some cards or board games. A TV was available for those who speak German!

Large room & bathroom, next to bus depot & grocery & close walk to Passion play & not too long a walk to Tobaggon ride.

wait for receptionist long, no answer to buzzer when leaving, could not understand bill in German & shower curtain stained with crud on bottom.

Great location but definitely not worth 250+ €/night.

Location was perfect for attending the Passion Play. On site parking was a plus. The host kindly met me in the parking lot and walked me up to my room.

No breakfast was available other than a jar of oatmeal and jam/nutella. In order to have toast or oatmeal, plan to go grocery shopping. A coffee maker was available but no coffee. The floor was dirty and only one bath towel was provided for my two night stay. I also felt a bit uneasy because the lower level entry door wasn’t secure and was open at night. Definitely not worth 250+ euro/night.

Lovely and quiet place to stay

Lovely place to stay. Was clean, spacious, friendly reception, felt secure, convenient location in quiet area just a short walk from main town. Great facilities with fridge, microwave, kettle, plates and cutlery.

Great flat in a very convenient location for visitng Oberammergau

Convenient location, nice flat, good breakfast options in the fridge (cheese, yogurt, milk, juice, ham) and cereal and tea/coffee. We had a view of the mountains. And it was pretty quiet.

There was construction in the entry way of our flat, but the flat itself was fully finished. There were great breakfast options provided in the flat, but I wish they had also provided bread; luckily there are several bakeries nearby and a grocery store across the street. Also, we appreciated the tea/coffee, but it would be nice to have decaf coffee available too. There was parking on site, but with the construction in the courtyard we weren't sure whether our car was parked in a way that would be acceptable.

1. Toilet wash basin did not drain (choked)need to repair the next day. No hot water in wash basin. 2. No toiletries. 3. Cobwebs near the table. 4. No hangers to hang clothes. 5. No table stand to put the suitcase.( at least 1 m high) 6. The dustbin in room not empty. 6. Creates doubt on cleanliness & hygienic condition to guest
