The house is a delightful four-family villa with garden and independent access a few steps from the center of Villasimius. Its position, perfect for visiting the most beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia, makes it the ideal home for your holidays.
The house is welcoming and comfortable, inserted in the Agorà complex, a well-kept residence with access reserved for guests only.
The house is finely furnished with Sardinian style furniture and is suitable for all seasons. Located a few steps from the center of Villasimius, it is served by numerous supermarkets, typical shops, bars / ice cream parlors and restaurants.
Its position allows you to reach the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia in no time;
The town of Villasimius is perfectly connected with the city of Cagliari and with the airport of Elmas. and can be reached in less than an hour by using the new SS125 (towards Muravera), or by taking the SP 17, to enjoy a breathtaking view.
For non-self-driving guests, Villasimius can be reached with the bus service (ARST) from the city of Cagliari, whose station is in Piazza Matteotti, adjacent to the port and the railway station of the state, where there is a connection with the Cagliari-Elmas airport.
The strategic position of Villasimius allows you to visit the whole east coast of Sardinia. In addition to the beautiful local beaches, such as Cala Giunco (Notteri), Simius, Compulongu and Punta Molentis (Marine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara), dream beaches such as Cala Sinzias, Monte Turnu, Cala Pira, Costa Rei and Capo are easily accessible Ferrato (towards Muravera); or, Porto Sa Ruxi, Solanas, Torre delle Stelle and Mari Pintau (towards Cagliari SP 17).
If the sea is not enough, you can easily reach the beautiful naturalistic area of the Parco dei Sette Fratelli.

We had a great time in Villasimius and in our accomodation. Very clean house. Communication with Davide was perfect and easy going. We can recommend this house and would come back any time. Only the mosquitos are very annoying ;)
